Refund Policy — CreatFlow

1. Standard Refund Policy

CreatFlow is a digital product offering instant, one-time lifetime access to our content planning and tracker workspace workspace templates.

        "Due to the digital nature of the product and immediate access provided after purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable."
      

Once access is activated on your account, we cannot revoke the digital templates copy or structural setup from your environment. We recommend reviewing our homepage details, demo walkthrough videos, and feature lists carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Exceptions & Refund Cases

We only issue refunds under the following explicit conditions:

Duplicate Payments: If you accidentally purchased the Platform multiple times due to a browser reload or network click lag.
Technical Billing Errors: If the payment processor (Razorpay or Stripe) double-charged your bank account or credit card for a single license.
Accidental Multiple Charges: Any verified billing system overlap that charges you more than the designated standard price shown at checkout.

3. Refund Request Window

If your situation falls under any of the exceptions above, you must submit your refund request within **7 days** of the transaction date. Requests received after the 7-day period will not be eligible for review or reimbursement.

4. How to Submit a Request

To request a refund for duplicate or technical charges, please contact our support team:

Your registered email address.
Razorpay Order ID or Stripe Payment ID.
Transaction date and proof of duplicate payment (e.g. bank receipt/charge screenshot).

Our billing team will review your request and process verified duplicates within 5 to 7 business days. Approved refunds will be credited back via your original payment method.
